Our journey
started in
India.

We met in Mysore during an Ashtanga yoga course. What started as a simple friendship slowly became a long-distance love story, and later a marriage blessed at the ISKCON temple in India — a sacred moment that deeply shaped our lives and the path we continue to walk together.
Coming from different cultures and different worlds, we found in yoga a bridge between our lives. What connected us was not only the practice itself, but also a shared attraction to the simplicity, spirituality, and depth of traditional Indian culture.
Between early morning practices in Mysore, chai after class, and long conversations about yoga and life, our connection slowly grew into something deeper.
From the quiet mornings of Mysore to the temples, mountains, ashrams, and sacred cities we explored across India, these experiences transformed the way we live, practice, and teach yoga today.
“Yoga became the bridge between our two worlds.”

Teaching & travelling
From Luxembourg to India, we continue sharing traditional yoga through classes, retreats, and cultural journeys.

The Yoga We Share
Rooted in the lineage
of Swami Sivananda
Our teaching is rooted in the traditional lineage of Swami Sivananda. For us, yoga is much more than physical exercise. It is a way of bringing balance to body, breath, mind, and daily life.
In our classes, we share yoga in a simple and authentic way through:
- asana practice
- pranayama
- relaxation
- meditation
- traditional yogic philosophy
We believe yoga should remain accessible, sincere, and deeply human — beyond performance, trends, or perfection. Our classes welcome everyone, from beginners discovering yoga for the first time to experienced practitioners wishing to deepen their practice.
India deeply transformed
the way we live.
India deeply transformed the way we live, practice, and understand yoga. Through years of travel across temples, mountains, ashrams, and sacred cities, India taught us a slower and simpler rhythm of life that continues to influence the way we practice, teach, travel, and connect with others.
We love sharing this experience through yoga and cultural retreats designed as meaningful journeys rather than simple holidays. These retreats invite people to:
- slow down
- reconnect with themselves
- experience authentic India
- discover yoga in the environment where it was born
Beyond the yoga practice itself, these journeys are about experiencing daily life, simplicity, spirituality, and human connection in India.
Not only
on the mat.
For us, yoga is not limited to the mat. It is found in daily rituals, simple living, spiritual practice, travel, nature, food, music, silence, and human connection.
Through our retreats and gatherings, we love sharing not only yoga practice, but also the atmosphere and beauty of Indian culture that continues to inspire our lives.
We believe yoga is not about performance or perfection. It is a practice of awareness, balance, simplicity, and connection — both within ourselves and with the world around us.
You are welcome
exactly as you are.
Today, we teach yoga in Luxembourg, India, and online through live Zoom sessions. Through our classes, retreats, and online gatherings, we hope to create warm and sincere spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through traditional yoga.
Whether you meet us in Luxembourg, online, or somewhere on the roads of India, we hope to share spaces that feel simple, sincere, and deeply human.
Namaste.
