We are delighted to introduce to you all a Sādhaka and a Sage in pursuit of the higher in life. His birth name is Bhupender Singh Negi. His spiritual name is Ādi, which was bestowed upon him by Swami Hariomananda Saraswati under the Guru Parampara. Ādi's journey began under the guidance of his loving mother, a true karma yogi devoted to Bhagwan. Observing her actions instilled in him the principles of karma and bhakti yoga from a young age. He lives an ascetic life, blessed to learn from the traditional lineage of Sages, Seers, and Swamis in India. Over several years, Ādi studied Yoga Darsana and Advaita Vedānta Darsana, delving into foundational texts, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Samskritam, and Vedic Chanting under the Guru-Shishya Parampara. This extensive education empowered him to embody this knowledge as a way of life. Ādi has been a student of Yoga Darshana and Vedānta Darsana for over 18 years. His journey as an Astānga Yoga Sādhaka and Vedānta Sādhaka is complemented by his consistent practice of Hatha Yoga, which began with Prānāyāma and Kriya in 2005. He has been practicing meditation since 2006, studying Vedānta Philosophy since 2006, and practicing āsana since 2018. He completed his Masters in Yoga Therapy, submitting a unique thesis titled "Effects of MSRT and Yoga on Vedānta Sadhaka on Categorical Variables." Ādi's extensive experience and training encompass various disciplines of yoga, including Hatha yoga, Meditation, Philosophy, Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, and Yoga Nidra. His years of dedication have made him an excellent teacher and an authentic master. He has conducted various Chakra Balancing workshops over nearly a year, helping over 500 people shift their mindset and take charge of their lives. As a Holistic Wellness and Chakra Balancing Coach, Ādi works closely and personally with individuals to facilitate their growth. Ādi has traveled across India, teaching multidisciplinary yoga for six years. His approach and techniques are simple and easy to understand, even for beginners.
